   I gave this a listen the other night. Lots of good stuff. I particularly liked the chat about not trying to “‘out Amazon’ Amazon.”

   Glad you liked it.

   Yeah, I think the best strategy at least initially is to focus on a niche build a customer base and then look at expanding into new products once you have a customer base.
